About these terms

These terms apply to enquiries made through this website and to services provided by Rose Business Admin Support (registered as Empty Rose Ltd). Individual client engagements are governed by a signed Client Service Agreement, which sets out the specific scope, rate and terms for that piece of work. Where there is any conflict between this page and a signed Client Service Agreement, the Client Service Agreement takes precedence.

Fees and payment

Services are charged at £35 per hour unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are issued regularly and are due for payment within 7 days of the invoice date.

Cancellation and liability

Either party may end an ongoing engagement by giving two weeks' written notice. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant work in the three months prior to the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
